Group bookings or more than two (2) rooms should contact the hotel directly at (615) 699-2180.

  • Check-in/Checkout

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. We are located in the Central TIme Zone, so please plan accordingly. Arrangements for early or late arrivals should be made in advance with the Innkeepers. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. and should you need an alternate schedule, please contact the Innkeepers.

  • Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the entire stay since the room was held for you and other guests were not able to occupy that room. This includes early checkouts. If you leave prior to your reserved checkout date, you will be charged for the entire length of your reservation.

  • Hotel Policies

Armour's Hotel is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Breakfast is included for the number of guests registered in the hotel. Visitors may purchase breakfast. Other food may be ordered from our extensive (and delicious) menu.

Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occuring during the stay will be the guest's full financial responsibility, including anyone traveling with or visiting the guest. All items in the Hotel have been inventoried prior to your arrival and checked again after your departure. Any special cleaning required due to the guest's stay will be charged a $200 fee to the selected method of payment. This includes damage from animals (authorized or unauthorized), smoking, bleach, hair dye, etc.

Macon County is a dry county and the Armour's Hotel does not hold a license to resell alcoholic beverages. Guests may bring their own, but for the comfort of all our guests, please drink responsibly.

Due to our building's historic nature and for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking, fireworks, incense/candle burning in any of our guest rooms or on the grounds of the hotel. There are two designated smoking areas on the grounds.

We cater to the comfort, privacy and security of our guests. The Armour's Hotel is regarded as a quiet escape and we work hard to foster that environment. It is not appropriate for children to be unsupervised. Visitors are permitted on the property with prior Innkeeper approval. We lock our doors at 11:00 p.m. If you need a later access, please let us know in advance.

  • Pet Policy

We regret that due to the age and nature of the property we do not allow pets. Service animals as prescribed by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals.

  • Payment Options

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in and charged at the time of checkout for hotel charges. Other charges in the gift shop, spa, or restaurant may be added to your hotel bill or paid individually. Authorization amounts are typically held on debit cards for a longer period of time and will eventually drop off your account. Contact the Innkeepers with any questions or concerns prior to contacting the card issuer. We can usually resolve any issues much quicker.

We require a credit/debit card to reserve and/or check into the Armour's Hotel. At the time of checkout, you may choose to pay with cash and your credit/debit card will not be charged. Authorizations held on the card will drop off after a few days. Please be aware that some debit card issuers take up to 30 days to release the authorization hold on your debit card. We do not accept personal or business checks.

  • Housekeeping

Your room has been cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Unless requested, we do not clean rooms during a guest's stay. In the case of longer stays, we do enter and touch up the room upon request. Any replacement items or cleaning attention needed can be requested with the Innkeepers and we will gladly take care of you.

  • Dietary Restrictions

Please contact the Innkeepers prior to your arrival if anyone in your party has special dietary restrictions and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
